In January, while researching energy websites, I found information about your company in Cincinnati. When their representative stopped to see me, I was impressed with his engineering background and his focused and succinct presentation. He stated that my savings would probably be around 30%. There was no lengthy sales pitch or repeated call=backs to see if I’d made a decision. I did decide, shortly thereafter, and when my first heating bill arrived, I was convinced it was a fluke and the following month’s bill would be appreciably higher. Not so. After three months my heating bills were substantially lower. When I called the sales rep to tell him how satisfied I was, I asked if I should add more insulation over the garage as one salesman had suggested. “No,” he replied, “Your insulation is where it should be.” So far this year, I’ve saved $700 on energy charges.
